- From the forms you fill in and the requests you make to hotels and companies of the Hotel Continental group, for example, your reservations or requests for services;
- From the information provided to said hotels and companies for the contracting of our services;
- Information generated by your stays in our hotels and by the provision of the contracted services;
The categories of data we process typically consist of:
- Identification and contact data;
- Personal characteristics data, such as gender, date and country of birth, nationality, family situation and language;
- Financial and transactional data: data relating to the history of bookings and stays with Hotel Continental;
- Data relating to the history of contact with the group;
3. For what purposes do we process this data?
We use the data we obtain to send you commercial communications about our hotels and services to the e-mail addresses provided and for statistical purposes and to improve the quality of our products and services.
4. To whom may we disclose your data?
We will not pass on your details, except with your prior consent.
5. Legal basis for processing
The sending of non-personalised commercial communications, statistics and quality surveys is based on our legitimate interest in the evaluation and promotion of our services and on your consent to receive them at your e-mail address.
6. How long will we keep your data?
The data processed for commercial purposes are kept for as long as the data subject does not revoke his/her consent or request their deletion and, in any case, for the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to meet any liabilities arising from the processing.
